Marcel has a lovely head, and inquisitive nature and outstanding bloodlines. An elegant type who is balanced, relaxed and classic. His sire Up to You, a son of Calvaro, stamps his progeny with great looks, brains and ability. While his dam lines are a roll call of great French blood.
Marcel’s pedigree states he will jump, he will also have the blood for either jumping or eventing as your preference.

Up To You is one of the best young stallions of his generation. A son of Olympic jumper Calvaro, he is a modern horse who boasts the quality of canter inherited from his father, and the strength and blood inherited from his dam line. There are high hopes for this young stallion to follow in his family’s footsteps. Up to You shone at level 150 in 2018 and had to stop in2019 due to heal an injury. He will restart the high-level competition in 2020 with Thomas Rousseau. He signs his production by transmittingwell what makes his quality: canter, respect and jumping technique, aswell as his excellent character.

Dam Lines:
Marcel’s dam Discreet NZPH is sired by Ideal de la Loge, who had an outstanding sporting career. He was a great international winner during 5 years at Top level with Roger Yves Bost, with wins and rankings such as:
1st GP CSIO in Hickstead, 1st GP CSI5* GCT in Abu Dhabi, CSI4* in Maastricht, CSIO in Arezzo, CSI5* GCT in Cannes, CSI5* in Lyon, CSI-W in Bordeaux, 4th GP CSIO in la Baule.
Since retirement he has established himself as a sire of great jumpers with many of his offspring competing with success to 5* level in jumping and eventing also.
Her dam sire French stallion Fetiche du Pas. He is a combination Le Tot de Semilly and Almé, along with two Thoroughbreds, Night & Day and Furioso. Fetiche was himself the French Six Year old champion, and he was starting a very promising career which unfortunately ended early due to a car accident.
