A lovely grey gelding of outstanding pedigree. His grandsire Cashassini II carries the genes of the legendary stallion Cor de la Bryère and through his dam line we see the outstanding Cassini II, sire of many 1.60m jumpers.

Cashed Up’s sire Cashier (pictured ridden) was bred by Rose Flats Equestrian, a lovely type just beginning his sport horse career now and is the first foal out of the competitive 1.30m/Pro-Am mare Collette. Grandsire is Cachassini II, a true Holstein: several times he carries the genes of the legendary stallion Cor de la Bryère, who determined the Holstein breeding. Through the dam line of his sire Cachas respectively the sires Lord and Landgraf I the pedigree contains the legendary genes of Ladykiller xx which inherits hardness and willingness to perform several times.

Cashed Up’s dam Capriole is the half sister to Capbella who is competed by Alannah Jackson. Her first foal Burley RF is our stunning young stallion. Grandsire is the phenomenal Cassini II, the younger full brother of Cassini I, was approved in Holstein in 1996 with a high jumping index. Unfortunately, he was injured when young and did not compete in sport although is now sought after as a sire due to his quality and talented offspring. At his Licensing he achieved high scores for his jumping as well as for his character and temperament. Cassini II is a son of the great Capitol I.

A top pedigree for the showjumping sport.

Sire’s Sire: Cachassini II

Cachassini II, a true Holstein: several times he carries the genes of the legendary stallion Cor de la Bryère, who determined the Holstein breeding. Through the dam line of his sire Cachas respectively the sires Lord and Landgraf I the pedigree contains the legendary genes of Ladykiller xx which inherits hardness and willingness to perform several times. What a pedigree!

His sire, Cachas was impressive at his approvals with his modern elegant type, jumping power and outstanding gaits. This is not surprising as his sire Caretino and grandsire Corrado I are undeniably the most successful progenitors of the Cor de la Bryere line. Caretino’s offspring include Ballerina, Calandro, Chicka’s Way, Cristallo and Cassal la Silla. All of whom were successful at the highest levels in the sport. Cristallo and Cassal la Silla, his most successful sons, ranked 1st and 4th respectively in the world in 2012. Corrado I, Caretino’s damsire, had numerous placings under Franke Sloothaak at the international level. His many successful offspring include Clinton who took fourth at the Athens Olympics and Corradino who was a member of the Gold medal team at the 2010 World Equestrian Games. His dam line is equally impressive including two of Laydykiller’s best sons, Lord and Landgraf I.

Dam Sire: Cassini II

Cassini II, the younger full brother of Cassini I, was approved in Holstein in 1996 with a high jumping index. Unfortunately he was injured when young and did not compete in sport although is now sought after as a sire due to his quality and talented offspring. At his Licensing he achieved high scores for his jumping as well as for his character and temperament. Cassini I & II are sons of the great Capitol I. Capitol I was on the top of the WBFSH (World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses) rankings lists 2000-2001. There are over 25 approved stallions by Capitol in Holstein, for example Dobel’s Cento, Carthago Z, Carolus I & II, Calato, Cardento, C-Indoctro, Carano and Clearway as well as the Cassini brothers. Worldwide there are many more approved sons and in Germany alone there are 564 registered sport horses which have won in excess of €5.3 million in prizemoney. Capitol I was a valuable foundation sire in the Holstein stud book.

Cassini II’s dam Wisma is by Caletto II who was awarded Champion of his year when he was licensed in Holstein. Caletto II, one of the best sons of Cor de la Bryere has been a significant influence in jumping breeding even though he only stood for 4 years. He is the sire of Classic Touch who took Luger Beerbaum to win gold at the Barcelona Olympics. Wisma also produced the young Holsteiner Verband stallion Clarimo (by Clearway) along with a full sister to Cassini I & II who has produced the licensed stallion Lovari )by Lasino). Another daughter of Wisma, Mira (by Lansing) is the dam of the licensed stallion Cassaro.
