Eye-catching looks and an outstanding pedigree!

This is a show jumper for the future. Anuska has a full European pedigree with both dam and sire having been imported to New Zealand and it certainly shows. She is light on her feet, athletic and already showing great technique. A lovely type with unique markings, this is a special filly. She also has a beautiful temperament, with intelligence and great willingness to learn. The experienced breeders say “Anuska QSH has a lovely nature, she would be one of the easiest and best foals we have handled”.

Anuska’s dam Anubertha is KWPN registered, imported originally from Holland, then imported to Ireland and then later to New Zealand. She was a highly successful Young Rider and Grand Prix mount. Her sire is the stunning young stallion ES Kalaska, a son of Diamant de Semilly. Anuska was bred by Quality Sport Horses and is available for viewing in Morrinsville, New Zealand.

ES Kalaska is an outstanding young imported colt. “This horse is very modern, uses its body in a good way, a lot of action and strength in the hind legs, great technique in the front legs, uses its back properly, beautiful and chic horse.” – XAVIER LEREDDE – International Grand Prix rider for France with horses including Jalisco B and Papillon Rouge, and legendary breeder of super stars Quidam de Revel and Papillon Rouge among many others.

Kalaska is a grandsire of the extremely influential Diamant de Semilly who just recently passed away. Diamant de Semilly was an Olympic and European Championship medal winner multiple times, including team gold at the 2002 Olympic Games. His exceptional competition career was on surpassed by his outstanding performance as a breeding sire. He twice topped the WBFSH world rankings as top jumping sire.

Dam: V.Anubertha 8

Anubertha was imported from Ireland as a 10-year-old. She a very successful Young Rider and Grand Prix mount with a huge amount of jumping talent, that was not fully realized due to career ending injury. She was sired by Germus Z, who comes from one of the best performing bloodlines in the Netherlands.

Dam’s Sire: GERMUS R

From Germus R come long-legged, athletic models. They are horses with blood and a lot of work ethic. A great opportunity to directly add the golden combination Joost x Abgar xx to your breeding.

This very appealing brown stallion is the last son of the foundation stallion Joost who has proven himself in breeding and in the sport. We still often see the desired Joost blood in good sport horses. Joost is also a very strong link in the mare line.
Germus R comes from one of the best performance lines in the Netherlands. In the meantime he has proven to be a very good representative of this strain. Germus R himself jumped internationally under Peter Geerink. His children are very successful in show jumping.

Germus R is the only Joost son who has proven to pass on the very good breeding qualities of his sire.

Due to being aged under 0-1 year old, there are no vetting or x-rays available of this horse in the NZWB Auction.
