Only 40 minutes drive from Wellington, we offer peace and privacy, close to town, on a 3 acre rural setting. There isn’t a kitchen but we offer a Webber BBQ, cutlery etc, jug, toaster, microwave, tea and coffee. Just like a hotel but with more room! Milk and cereal provided. Stunning beach, bush walks, outlet & boutique shopping all on the doorstep. Safe grazing for horses. No pets are allowed inside. But there is a lined shed and a fully fenced area available if need be.
There is a huge king room, a queen room and a twin room. Please note that the twin room is closed off with a screen, down a hall way and is private and comfortable, but no actual full door. You have a very large spacious lounge and good sized bathroom.
It’s on three acres of land with safe paddocks for horses if needed.
We have two friendly sheep, a very friendly dog (Stormie) and confident cat (Bob) on the property who may visit you to say Hi.
